The Launch Enduro starts out with a perforated neoprene sleeve at the outside of your arm, and a lightweight stretch panel on the inside. The inner panel is built from a dense mesh, which helps to evacuate sweat and excess heat, while the perforated neoprene outside helps to keep the pad locked in place, instead of slipping down your arm mid-run.
